Úlcera Crônica em Linfedema Traumático de Difícil Resolução: Trata-mento e Revisão

Resumo
O objetivo do presente estudo foi relatar a resolução de uma úlcera crônica em um paciente com linfedema traumático tratado pelo Método Godoy®. Paciente do sexo masculino, 30 anos, relata ter sofrido um acidente automobilístico há 12 anos, com trauma no terço médio da perna direita e necrose cutânea, tendo sido submetido a enxerto de pele, seguido de perda parcial do enxerto, resultando em úlcera e linfedema. Ele realizou tratamento por um período de dez anos, incluindo 120 sessões em câmara hiperbárica, sem melhora. O paciente então foi submetido a tratamento intensivo para linfedema pelo Método Godoy® durante 10 dias. Observou-se estímulo da granulação da úlcera, com redução de aproximadamente 40% da área e diminuição do volume do membro. Recebeu alta para continuidade do tratamento em domicílio, utilizando meia de gorgurão e o dispositivo RAGodoy®, o que levou à cicatrização completa da úlcera. O Método Godoy® mostrou-se eficaz na cicatrização de úlceras de difícil resolução.
