Dermatofibrossarcoma Protuberante durante a Gravidez: Relato de Ca-so

Resumo
O dermatofibrossarcoma protuberante (DFSP) é um sarcoma raro de partes moles, de baixo grau, caracterizado por agressividade local e alta taxa de recorrência após excisão. Uma paciente primigesta de 23 anos, com 32 semanas de gestação, apresentou uma massa em sulco interglúteo em crescimento progressivo. A biópsia confirmou DFSP (CD34 positivo). A cirurgia definitiva foi realizada no pós-parto, com excisão local ampla e reconstrução com retalho, obtendo margens livres. O DFSP durante a gestação requer cuidadoso planejamento do momento da intervenção. A excisão local ampla com margens livres permanece o tratamento de escolha.
