Apresentação Atípica de Íleo Biliar: Relato de Caso

Resumo
O íleo biliar é uma complicação rara da colelitíase, resultante da impactação de um cálculo biliar ectópico no trato gastrointestinal, levando à obstrução intestinal. Sua apresentação clínica é variável, sendo a dor abdominal associada a sintomas oclusivos a apresentação mais comum. Neste relato, descrevemos um caso de uma paciente com apresentação atípica de íleo biliar, com diarreia como manifestação inicial, sem sinais evidentes de obstrução intestinal, submetida a tratamento cirúrgico videolaparoscópico para extração do cálculo ectópico e posterior seguimento ambulatorial de colelitíase.
